Frequently Asked Questions
Are you sustainable?
As a company that wants to ensure a happy present for our kids, we want to ensure a happy future for them too. This means taking care of our environment and leaving behind a world that is clean, liveable and that will allow our kids to grow up and thrive in.
At NEAT, sustainability means quality. That, to us, means making products that can be used over and over (and over and over..) again without the need for replacement. Our wearable products are generally oversized for kids to grow into, and have features like drawstrings and buttons to fit the size they are right now. We’ve also field tested our products in the elements to ensure their quality.
Secondarily, we try to source for materials that are better for the environment. We do prioritise safety with materials that have UV protection and sometimes that means our materials aren’t eco-textiles. However, we are committed to small batch production to reduce waste by only making what we need. We also try to source for eco-friendly packaging options where possible, or eliminate packaging altogether!
Why do you have so few products?
We just launched on 22.11.22, so we’ve only done 1 product launch. We’re working hard to bring more safe, inclusive play products to you, so please bear with us!
